We have a ballerina/gymanist in the family now. Aaliyah took a couple of different courses at The Little Gym (Sports, Ballet, Tap & Gymnastics). This is after she got her medal following her first dance recital. The girls performed a tap dance routine to 'Beyond the Sea' by Bobby Darin. Precious little things. Put on the song and watch Aaliyah perform away.
Sleeping Beauties! Catching some zzz's during the Sunday afternoon nap. I love being able to re-charge for an hour.
My in-laws helping me build Aaliyah's new kitchen set. It was her big birthday surprise and tough to keep her from sneaking a peek while we put it together in our garage. A perfect investment for a household of girls, we will be cooking on it for a long time.
I'm 4!...Aaliyah had a "Gorgeous Party" at the Little Gym and went to the movies with her Daddy.
There aren't words to describe this...you can almost pinch the screen and feel how soft those cheeks are.
Derek and some of his co-workers at the SHRM conference in Vegas with their colorful bowling shirts on. They hosted VIP parties in the Palms Hotel...yep they got to enjoy the Real World suite and no they didn't have to wear the goofy shirts then.
We love having a house now, but the labor with it can be a task. Derek and his Dad cleaned out the gutters for the first time since who knows when.
