It's official... Adyson turned one this past weekend. We had a wonderful birthday party for her on Saturday with a few family members. Brunch was served and then we opened presents and had homemade cupcakes. I also made Adyson her very own giant cupcake to plow through but all she did was eat the icing. Funny little girl!
Adyson at one year... 19 pounds- 1 ounce, says Hi, uh-oh, what's that, Mama, Dada, and baby talk. She has taken eight steps by herself, makes silly faces, loves to eat anything and everything and feeds herself in the process. Oh, and boy does she love to scream. We can't get her to stop sometimes because she doesn't understand what no and stop screaming means. She has figured out how to get our attention-Addy is a such a happy baby,very loving, gets into everything, climbs into her sister's rocking chair and then lets out the biggest grin because she is so proud of her accomplishment. Aaliyah and her are beginning to bond in new ways esp. since Addy can play with her beyond drooling and eating the toys. She claps her hands, loves to read books, cuddles and hugs and give her baby squeezes- she reminds us of the baby rabbit in the Disney movie 'Robin Hood'...she would carry her baby by the arm. Addy does that same thing but while she crawls. It's so cute!
We love you so much-our sweet baby and little sister! Were so blessed to have you in our family.

Happy birthday cutie pie! I remember sitting in my family room the day she was born and getting a call from you. I can't believe it was a whole year ago! Hope you guys are doing well! Miss you!
